The National Preservation Atlas is the first-ever consolidated, public repository of information about the country’s historic places. Founder Sara Bronin explains how it was built.
Preserving the Voices of Indian Boarding School Survivors
An oral history project led by the National Native American Boarding School Healing Coalition has recorded the stories of more than 360 boarding school program survivors from 19 states. Now, they’ll be preserved in the Library of Congress.
