We're delighted to share that Adam Dant has been commissioned to create a work inspired by the rich history of St Bartholomew's Hospital. Often referenced as a 'modern-day Hogarth', Dant’s cartographic commission is set to bring to life all manner of hospital tales in 900 illustrated stories from 1123 to present day. We’re thrilled to be working on this extraordinary commission and will be publishing a limited editioned print as part of the project. The artist is now inviting people to share their personal experiences about Barts hospital over the years. Please send anecdotes to barts900stories@gmail.com.

I'll See You in My Dreams and Dreams Can Come True are the latest of two prints from a group of ten works specifically imagined by David Spiller for the medium of print, creating extremely unique editions. Throughout his career, David always worked on smaller more accessible paintings as a way to move through ideas quickly and at this point in his life, he felt the urgency to create while he still could. Davidunderstood printmaking was a great way to spread his ‘magic’ to a wider audience than a single painting.
Spiller created original artworks specifically for prints, painting from scratch individual works specifically for printmaking. He spent his last working days surrounded by his favourite cartoon family, and including his most important, heartfelt mantras and song lyrics: “Stay forever young” and ”I love you”… Published posthumously each print is signed by Moira and his son Xavier and comes with a full certificate of authenticity.
