Hôtel Americano
Bringing their culinary expertise to the piers, the Chelsea-based Hôtel Americano will act as hosts to Armory Show VIPs for the sixteenth edition of the fair. The restaurant will serve a French and Latin-inspired menu designed by Executive Chef Joseph Buenconsejo, featuring dishes such as Atun Crudo, Mushroom Taco, Chicken Paillard and Salmon a la Plancha, along with a selection of cheeses, charcuterie and desserts. Freshly-squeezed juices, smoothies and snacks will also be available. Sustainability, health, and the exclusive use of high quality ingredients are at the heart of Hôtel Americano’s unique approach to dining.

Boqueria
Boqueria is named for Barcelona's renowned food market, El Mercado de la Boqueria, and features a seasonal ingredient-driven menu that offers a selection of tapas and raciones.
