Des Moines Arts Festival®          Call to Artists WHAT:   Des Moines Arts Festival® WHERE: Downtown Des Moines' Western Gateway Park surrounding the John              and Mary Pappajohn Sculpture Park      WHEN:    June 22-24, 2012                Friday, 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.               Saturday, 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.               Sunday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.                NOTEWORTHY: *Annual attendance in excess of 225,000. *Promotion of the event to the art-buying public in newspapers, online, radio, earned media, billboards, magazines, social media, and collateral valued at over $780,000. *Total Cash Awards for Best of Show, Merit and Juror awards valued at $10,000.
