The 5th successful ArtHamptons is preparing for record attendance this summer, surpassing last year’s 9,500. In an effort to attract a wider network of art buyers to the fair, we have reached out and received promotional support from a new tier of prestigious art organizations who will join us this summer. The Guggenheim Museum and Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museummembers, as well as the Whitney Contemporaries and major donors of the Whitney Museum of American Art will be exclusively invited to ArtHamptons. The influential charity Hedge Funds Cares, comprised of Wall Street’s most prominent hedge fund executives, will be hosting a fund-raising event onsite. Sotheby’s Auction House is hosting their top 400 art clients from the NYC area. The Young Presidents/World Presidents Organization from NYC will be converging onsite, as well.

Opening night, a “must attend” glamorous  Hamptons tradition, which was re-enacted in an episode of USA Network’s Royal Pains last summer, is expected to attract 3,000 art collectors and again benefits the Longhouse Reserve. We will also be joined by a multitude of prominent local art organizations and charities, such as Guild Hall, Nassau County Museum of Art, Jewish Center of the Hamptons, Heckscher Museum of Art, Southampton Fresh Air Home, and East End Arts Council to name a few. In total, an unprecedented 30 + important art organizations and museums will embrace and support ArtHamptons this summer. This promotional activity will generate many more active art buyers than prior years.
