Nightmare on Main Street
Student Exhibition
Juror, Lauren La Bella

Through, November 12, 2022
Main Street Gallery
213 Main St., Huntington, NY 11743

Huntington Arts Council is proud to present Nightmare on Main Street, Juror Lauren La Bella, a student exhibition featuring the work of 6th - 12th graders. The call to artists included a statement from the juror to inspire the students to broaden their artistic interpretation of the Halloween inspired exhibition.

Just under 200 pieces from 145 artists were submitted this year to Nightmare on Main Street. One of the highest submissions in the history of the show. The work does not disappoint. Our Juror, Lauren La Bella has chosen 41 pieces to be featured in the Main Street Gallery and on our website. (see gallery hours listed below). In recognition of the dedication and enthusiasm the students have shown for this call to artists, we decided to expand the online gallery to include a special section so that all of the artists' who had work that was submitted can be shared with the community. To view all of the pieces online go to www.huntingtonarts.orgor download the artists booklet here.
*Our Main Street Gallery is open to the public Tuesday - Friday, 11:00AM - 4:00PM, and some weekends. Please call 631-271-8423 in advance.
