The Summer Festival of the Arts is a partnership between Youngstown State University and the local and regional arts community. Designed to promote the diversity of art in the Mahoning Valley, the event’s centerpiece is a juried arts festival that equally welcomes regional and national fine art and fine craft artists as well as showcasing a range of performing artists.
