Reach Thousands of Affluent Buyers in Northern Virginia The Capital Art and Craft Festival, a juried Art and Craft event, is returning to the Dulles Expo Center, Chantilly, VA. Surrounded by Northern Virginia’s most affluent counties including Fairfax, Loudoun, Fauquier, and Prince William counties, the area has hosted numerous festivals welcoming thousands of arts and crafts connoisseurs in search of unique pieces of art for their personal collections and as gifts.
