NOTEWORTHY:
*49th Annual Event.
*All proceeds support art scholarships for local high school seniors who are pursuing arts education.
*Limited to 100 artists.
*Estimated attendance: 7,000.
*Outdoor event.
*No jury fee. Single booth: $250, Double Booth: $375.
*Transportation provided from nearby parking area to festival location.
*Craftspeople
accepted must be present to run their booths during the course of the
fair. Booth sitters are available throughout the day.
The
White Plains Outdoor Arts Festival cordially invites you to
participate in our 50th Annual Arts Festival, June 2nd and 3rd, 2012.
This long-standing community tradition takes place in downtown White
Plains, which is centrally located in Westchester County and is less
than 25 miles from New York City. White Plains is a vibrant, diverse
community of approximately 57,000 residents. The festival has had a
strong presence locally for almost a half-century. Advertising in
newspapers, magazines and other publications covering the immediate and
surrounding areas makes this a very popular show. All proceeds from
the show support art scholarships for local high school students.
