"Marie-Danielle Leblanc has created her own signature style of artistic expression representative of her travels and inspired by nature," said Randal Wark, co-owner of Splurge Art Gallery. "We are thrilled and honored to be hosting Ms. Leblanc, with her "Landscapes and Vistas" collection, at Splurge and encourage all to meet the artist on November 18th."

Marie-Danielle Leblanc
Marie-Danielle Leblanc is a prolific painter, as the miles accumulate, she likes to write down her thoughts, make a note of the weather or the name of a place, take pictures and collect images. Leblanc's travel diary is an ideal instrument for her. Whether she is driving on the highway or in the open country, walking on never-ending beaches or rocks stroked by the sea, it is through her travels that the artist captures landscapes that stretch into the vista. No matter the time of day and whatever the weather or the season, Leblanc communicates to her viewers a taste for the outdoors and the open air.

November 18th, 2010 Event
Splurge Gallery invites you to "Landscapes & Vista" to see and enjoy how Leblanc transforms places into poetic worlds on a canvas. Leblanc loves to work with matter, her creativity leading to a never-ending fascination. Her work leads toward the creation of a bare space, a world that can be discovered and contemplated. She presents us with the result of a meditative process, the testimony of a new contemplation of the horizon.
