You are invited to apply to the 61st Annual Kings Mountain Art Fair (KMAF), a three-day outdoor and online exhibition held annually Labor Day Weekend in the redwood forest south of San Francisco. The redwood forest location is gorgeous but prevents us from offering any perfectly level spaces and the terrain can be rough; many spaces can be challenging for setting up a booth but with room to expand.
KMAF Inc. is a not-for-profit organization. All proceeds from the Fair are used to support the Kings Mountain Volunteer Fire Brigade (purchase vehicles, supplies and equipment), the Community Center building (repairs, utilities, and insurance), special programs for area youngsters and students at our public school, and to cover the Fair's expenses. KMAF is self-supporting. No public tax dollars or grants are involved. There are no sponsors. All Art Fair workers volunteer their time.

Season's greetings

Dear Art Lover

2023 is coming to a close and what a year it has been. From our inaugural event at Klybeck 610 in Basel, to being appointed VOLTAs new Artistic Director, it has been a memorable and foundational year for what is to come for VOLTA art fairs in the future.

As 2024 approaches, I’d like to extend my warmest wishes this holiday season. I am looking forward to the year ahead and sharing the work we’ve been doing to craft two truly special fairs in Basel and New York.

Until then, I hope you have a happy festive season and a wonderful new year.

Best Wishes

Lee Cavaliere

VOLTA Artistic Director

Holiday Greetings from The Bronx Museum!

As we reflect on another remarkable year at The Bronx Museum, we are filled with gratitude to everyone who has helped to make it happen. This past year has been one of planning and building for the future. We closed our South Wing to kick off our exciting new capital project, one that will transform The Bronx Museum, becoming a beacon to everyone in the Bronx and beyond. Stay tuned for more details!

In 2023, we have also presented a series of powerful, groundbreaking exhibitions and public programs, along with our extraordinary and essential educational offerings. There will be much more to come in 2024 and beyond, but for now, we are taking a pause not only to reflect on the accomplishments of the year but also to share our hope for a brighter, more peaceful 2024.

This holiday season, we wish you peace, love, and a happy and prosperous New Year. We look forward to seeing you and making 2024 a year worth celebrating.

Best,

Klaudio Rodriguez
Executive Director
